Self-Esteem Program

General Coordinator:

She aims to heal and strengthen the participant's self-esteem, providing the necessary tools to maintain
it throughout life in a healthy and stable way.

It is a therapeutic and educational program, in the development of which awareness is created in the patient about:

  • - Differences between Self-Esteem and Ego
  • - What hinders our Self-Esteem?
  • - What can I do to heal?

One of the greatest strengths of this program lies in providing a lifelong practice, to keep positive self-evaluation and self-care healthy.

Couple and Sexuality Program

Led by our team of professionals specialized in the areas of Couples and Sexuality,
she supports the couple and their commitment to recovery in all aspects of their relationship,
her main objective being the achievement of the desired emotional, social, physical and mental well-being,
providing diverse tools for strengthening the couple and the individuals that take part in it.

Children's program

Who is part of our Team?

  • Clinical Director/General Coordinator:

    Designs and ensures the correct application of the program together with the rest of the team. Conducts the sessions of initial evaluation, monitoring and conclusion of the program.
  • Head Therapist/Principal Therapist:

    is in charge of the psychotherapist sessions of the program, gives a more precise follow-up by participating in individual sessions. Possesses a global vision of the patient's needs.
  • Terapeuta de Cabecera/Terapeuta Principal:

    se encarga de las sesiones psicoterapeutas del programa, da un seguimiento más preciso participando de sesiones individuales. posee una visión global de las necesidades del paciente.
  • Team of Specialists:

    They carry out specific interventions through individual or group sessions to meet the specific needs of the participant.
  • Psychiatrist:

    When necessary, he/she will perform a psychopharmacological intervention and follow-up sessions.
  • Psychometrists:

    When necessary, they carry out to the evaluations that are considered necessary at the time of designing the program for the patient, to determine the treatment needs.
  • Clinical Coordinator:

    is responsible for the effective management of the session schedule, being the direct link for communication between the participants and the rest of the clinical team involved.
