Rest assured that if you can sleep well most days you will feel better; you will feel better, you will think more clearly and you will be able to concentrate; through sleep the body is physically and mentally replenished. If you manage to sleep well permanently, the inconveniences of daily life and the challenges will seem less complicated and stressful.
We need to maintain good sleep hygiene, how?
Get enough sleep: Every person is different, and the best way to know how many hours of sleep we need is to pay attention to our body. If you feel rested when you wake up, it is very likely that you are getting enough sleep; but if you are not and constantly feeling tired, you may not be getting enough hours of sleep.
Free your mind: It is important to learn to keep your worries before going to sleep. To clear your worries, it's a good idea to figure out how you're feeling, write in a journal, or make a to-do list for the next day. The purpose is to make you feel as stress-free as possible before putting your head on the pillow.
Do a routine: If you're feeling tense before bedtime, try designing a bedtime routine. It is advisable to take a warm bath at the same time at night, then drink a hot infusion, use the lamp light from your nightstand while reading a book or magazine. Make a tea of lavender, valerian, linden or chamomile.
Your room is important: Make your room a place that invites you to relax; a place to sleep and have sex only. Something that helps promote a restful sleep is tidying up your environment. Keep your room organized, try not to use the screens at least an hour or 45 minutes before bedtime, and try scented candles that invite you to relax.
