With a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, New York, USA He graduated in Psychology from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). He has a training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Good Psychiatric Management from the Borderline Personality Institute at the McLean Hospital, Harvard University. In his practice he uses an eclectic approach that combines the cognitive-behavioral, systemic and analytical methods. He currently works with adults and teenagers. In addition, he performs personality, cognitive and vocational psychological assessments.

She holds a Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing from New York University (NYU). She graduated in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts, USA. She has two years of experience treating interpersonal trauma in adults, adolescents, families, and children at STEPS to End Family Violence, NY, USA. In her work with her patients, she uses an existential and humanistic customer-centered approach. Her approach is psychodynamic with the objective of guiding her patients towards in-depth clinical work. She obtained certification at Person Centered Expressive Arts (California, USA) to offer her clients alternative means of expression and self-exploration. She also trained to offer Brief Solution-Focused Therapy at the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto, California.

She is a graduate in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad de la Tercer Edad (UTE). She he has completed certificate courses in Cognitive Therapy and TREC with the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES) of Argentina, as well as training in psychometrics with the Society for Personality Assessment in the USA. In addition to her professional practice as an individual and couple psychotherapist, she works in personality, cognitive and diagnostic assessments in adolescents and adults.

Director of the Couples and Sexuality Unit

He holds a Master's Degree in Human Sexuality and Couples Therapy from the Institute of Human Sexuality at UASD university She graduated in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad de la Tercer Edad (UTE). His work comprises adolescents and adults in handling personal conflicts and in their relationships. In addition, she works on sexual dysfunctions, psychoeducation and renewal of sexual life in the relationship. She is also certified as a Life Coach by Coaching Ontológico S.C., which allows her to support her patients in the process of defining their current situation, with the setting of goals, decision-making and the creation of a life project.

Nicholas Higgins

Nicholas Higgins

Psychoanalyst

Dr Higgins is Diploma Candidate in Psychoanalysis at the C G Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. He also holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a focus on depth psychology, and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, both from Pacifica Graduate Institute, California USA. In addition, he holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern Maine, USA. He has more than 25 years of experience in supervision and practice within the psychodynamic approach. In addition to his duties as Board President of Praxis, he also the president of the Centro Jung Santo Domingo and the Dominican chapter of the Developing Group of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
