If you come to therapy, it's not because you're crazy 24-05-2019

Friends; asking for help is not always easy, especially since the labels have led us to believe that it means recognizing a failure or weakness. However, asking for help is an act of self-love, courage and maturity. If you come to therapy it's not because you're crazy, but because you love yourself enough to learn to manage your emotions and stop repeating patterns.
Coming to therapy is a way to give you a space just for yourself, to take care of yourself and devote attention, as well as when you usually go to a spa or give yourself a massage.
In therapy you can really understand what happens to you, which you will not do by telling the problems only to your family and/or friends, since they mostly give their opinion based on their experiences. Outcome? you will learn to understand yourself and others more, as well as learn to flow and manage your thoughts and behaviors.
In therapy you will be able to speak without fear of being judged, criticized or labeled; in addition to obtaining a more objective vision of what happens.
In short, the therapeutic consultation is not only a balm for when you feel bad, nor is it a matter "for crazy", but a space of self-love to know you and give a turn to your life, to be clearer your objectives, improve your personal and professional relationships or simply improve self-confidence.
