Her therapeutic style is centered on the integration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, with special attention to identifying unconscious early-life patterns and schemas that continue to influence current behavior and self-concept. Through a safe, structured, and emotionally attuned therapeutic process, she helps clients build internal clarity, strengthen emotional regulation, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a more compassionate and authentic relationship with themselves—promoting meaningful and sustainable transformation in both their well-being and their relationships.
