She specializes in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), individuals with a history of trauma, emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and humanistic, integrating psychoeducation and tools from various therapeutic modalities, including Relational Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Her therapeutic practice aims to provide a safe, collaborative, and affirming space where individuals are understood to be the experts in their own lives. The focus is therefore on finding balance between emotions, thoughts, and the body in order to feel both physically and mentally healthy.
