With over 15 years in private practice, she approaches cases from a humanistic perspective, understanding that the therapeutic relationship is the driving force behind any psychotherapeutic support process.
Gender issues, particularly dysfunctional dynamics based on gender, have been a significant part of her work, supporting women in individual therapy and guiding mutual support groups to address these topics.
Depth psychology, which invites us to look beyond the symptom, is the foundation of the processes she facilitates, incorporating different ways of approaching this privileged content.
In her practice she addresses gender violence, trauma, personality, emotion management, boundaries, identity, depression and anxiety
